I joined the Garden of Friendship on March 27, 2009.I had belonged to this great group before about 2001 or so and had become too ill at the time to be active.
I am glad I returned and hope to be here for a long time this time around.On this page I have my plaques, gifts and graphics from the Garden of Friendship.
I have been taking classes to learn Paint Shop Pro and I made the web set that this page is on. I don't claim to be professional in that area, graphics,
I am a web designer and a peer coach for my local Agency on Aging teaching senior citizens to use the computer,
I use to tutor in computer programming courses at my local community college before it became too difficult for me to drive the distance it was required for me to get there.

Everything happens for a reason I believe. I became the leader of Poetic Expressions in November 2009. That lasted for almost a year. I am no longer the leader of Poetic Expressions due to health problems and other committments. I have had to step down from that position.
I have chosen to leave the Pet lovers committee recently due to my ongoing health problems. I have decided to join the Membership Pribe Committee and help out there once a month.

I am now a Twobie. I have been with the Garden of Friendship for 2 years as of March 27 2011.
I have enjoyed the fun and fellowship that comes with membership along with the feeling of having a family online.
I feel like everyone I have met in the Garden has become family to me.
They have been with me through my surgery for my back and other things that I have gone through. |
