They are however my thoughts on Life Happening on 911

My problems are small in comparison to Sept 11, 2001 in the USA.

I received this and the prayer graphic below in the email today.

May we never forget!

We here in the United States are at War with some terrorists.
This tragedy that hit New York, Washington and yes in
my home area in Western Pennsylvania..

Farm in Shanksville where Flight 93 crashed.

Thank you everyone for the thoughts and prayers for the United States
of America.. My heart goes out to those rescuers who were possibly
killed in their attempts to save the few that may have lived through
the plane crashes that hit both towers of the World Trade Center
which eventually collapsed on the other buildings around the towers and
there were restaurants, Apartments. and who knows what else
or how many people were killed or injured in this attack on America.

I also pray for the rescuers, victims and families of the people who
were at the Pentagon when it was struck.
I also pray for the friends and family of all these victims as well as the passengers
on the 4 hijacked planes. Then there is the crash
in Western Pennsylvania where I live and the victims of that hijacking.
I live right outside Pittsburgh PA/USA about 60-70 miles
from Indian Lake in Somerset where the Boeing 757
with 45 passengers and crew on board crashed. .
I understand that the plane was Flight 93 United Airlines. No Survivors.

Now there is speculation that flight 93 was supposed to hit the
White House and that Air Force 1 was also a target.
Instead some brave passengers fought with the terrorists
and brought the plane down in an unpopulated area of Western PA.
Of course, Pittsburgh and possibly even my home were in close proximity to the plane crash.
Had the plane crashed a few minutes earlier who knows where it may have hit.
This is too close to comfort for me.
I pray that they find the man who is still on the loose
in Pennsylvania. They say he reanted a car at
the Pittsburgh Airport and is on the way to Canada.

I have many friends and acquaintances that work in Pittsburgh,

including my husband at an industrial park which is about 7-10 miles from
Downtown Pittsburgh. Prayers and thoughts are highly appreciated..
I had my surgery at a hospital in Downtown Pittsburgh.
That same hospital UPMC, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center
has put their emergency crew together to go to the crash scene.
These medical personel are brave and I am proud if them.
Also, I used to visit the area where the plane went
down in Somerset County, Pennsylvania..

I also heard on the local news that the Armstrong County Court House
in the small town Kittanning , PA(my home town) had received
a threat of some sort and thus they were closed yesterday.

They evacuated the City of Pittsburgh
The US military is on HIGH ALERT!!! They have closed the
911th Air base in PA to traffic. Most if not all Major airports are closed
to air traffic and it is not at all what New York, PA, Washington DC
and Virginia used to be like..

I pray that it doesn't come to a full blown WAR.
Although I think it may already have. How much can a country take ??

These terrorists have attached both capitals of our United States,
New York was the very first capital and Washington DC is the current capital...
I want to live freely again.
I am not sure if life will ever be the same in my country of USA.
Yesterday someone tried to attack our freedom and fear has replaced
the feelings some of us US Citizens had of being a Free country..
these terrorists have brought our country together
instead of tearing us apart.
We as Americans love our Country and the people
in this country are strong and we will prevail!!

Why, I do not know but it is a terrible feeling to know that there are
terrorists out there with no regard whatsoever for human life.
They have not yet determined the source but many people are looking
at a few suspected origins.
I will be praying constantly for these United States of America
and the people in this country of uncertainty.

My prayers also go out to all emergency personal who put their lives
on the line for our country.

Fireman, EMS, Police, nurses, doctors
and the list goes on and on.... These people are ready to serve us
whenever we call.

Please help me by standing together in prayer for all
of the victims, families, police, fire, EMS and medical personnel
along with the military in prayer... Let us not forget to thank
and to honor all of the people who unselfishly serve our United States
of America. Let's not forget to keep Canada in our prayers as well
since they had diverted all incoming planes to Canada
since our Airports are closed to air traffic.

Last night I was sitting on my deck
and a roar of two military helicopters went over.
I prayed that these military men and women were safe as they
work to protect us in our country.
Please stand with me and Think and/or PRAY for all !!!!

I have adopted an Angel named Todd Reuben who died
on flight 77 that hit the pentagon on September 11, 2001.
I have lit a candle for him and want to keep his memory alive.
We must never forget the victims of The Terrorists acts on Sept 11. 2001.
I know they will be forever forged in my mind.
I will always keep a place in my heart and prayers on my lips for these victims families.
